All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements may only be approved under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was received
  • Product arrives significantly different from the order placed

Requirements For Claims

To qualify for a refund or replacement request, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Include the order number and shipping information
  • Ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging when applicable

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Carrier-related delivery delays
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Misuse or improper handling of the product

Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the claim being disputed with proof of delivery and agreement to store policies.

Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, NoseFlow™ may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund depending on the situation

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
